Institutional capital. Automated strategy.
The MyCity.lk Binance Entity CopyTrade membership, a private, invite-only programme for companies, funds, and high-net-worth entities seeking automated strategy execution at institutional scale.
Institutional capital.
Automated execution.
What is Binance Entity CopyTrade?
Binance Entity CopyTrade is the institutional-grade tier of Binance's CopyTrade infrastructure, built for registered companies, funds, family offices, and high-net-worth entity accounts that require the same automated strategy execution at significantly larger capital allocations.
Your entity's Binance account mirrors every trade we execute in real time, proportionally scaled to your USDT $250,000+ allocation. When we open a position, your entity account opens the same position. When we close it, yours closes automatically. Your capital remains in your entity's verified Binance account at all times.
The MyCity.lk Entity CopyTrade membership provides your organisation with a private invite link, dedicated onboarding, and full weekly reporting, designed to meet the expectations of institutional capital stewards.
Entity funds stay in your entity account
No capital is ever transferred to MyCity.lk. Your $250,000+ remains in your entity's verified Binance account. CopyTrade mirrors positions, it does not move funds.
Institutional fees.
Total transparency.
Four clear components. A minimum capital threshold held in your entity account, a one-time access fee, a monthly membership, and a performance commission, only charged when you profit.

- ✓Weekly institutional trade reports, positions, rationale, risk exposure upon request

Entity eligibility requirements
All conditions below must be satisfied before the entity invite link is issued. These requirements reflect Binance's institutional KYB standards alongside our programme criteria.
Registered Legal Entity
The applicant must be a legally incorporated company, fund, partnership, or other recognised business entity, with active registration documents. Sole trader accounts are not eligible for entity membership.
Binance Entity Account, KYB Verified
A fully KYB-verified Binance entity account is mandatory. This requires corporate document submission, Certificate of Incorporation, director IDs, proof of address, approved by Binance's compliance team.
$250,000 USDT Minimum Balance
Your entity's Binance account must hold a minimum of $250,000 USDT allocated for copy trading at the time of activation. This amount remains in your entity account, it is not sent to us.
Eligible Jurisdiction
Your entity must be registered in and operating from a jurisdiction where Binance entity accounts and CopyTrade are permitted. Entities from OFAC-sanctioned countries or Binance-restricted jurisdictions cannot apply.
Authorised Signatory Confirmation
An authorised director or officer of the entity must confirm participation in writing. Application emails must come from a director-level address associated with the entity, and the signatory's ID must be on file with Binance.
One-Time Fee of $50,000 USDT
The $50,000 one-time entity access fee must be received and confirmed via USDT (TRC-20) before the private entity invite link is issued. This fee is non-refundable once the invite has been activated.
Corporate KYB Documents Ready
All entity KYB documents must be prepared and ready for Binance submission before applying. Incomplete documentation significantly delays the approval process. See the Documents section for the full list.
Application Reviewed & Approved
All entity applications are individually reviewed. Apply via email to [email protected] with your entity name, jurisdiction, Binance entity account email, and KYB status. We confirm eligibility within 48–72 hours.
